NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 21, 2019, the Department of Health, received a petition for variance from NHC-FL 145, LLC, d/b/a Sea Breeze RV Resort. Specifically, the petitioner seeks a variance from paragraph 64E-15.002(2)(a), Florida Administrative Code, which Mobile Home and Lodging Parks. The minimum area requirements of each mobile home space constructed or developed after the effective date of this rule shall be as follows:

(a) Each mobile home space designated for a single section mobile home shall contain a minimum of 2,400 square feet with a minimum 35 foot width.
