REQUEST FOR DESIGN-BUILD FIRM QUALIFICATIONS
Project number and name: 219039, Detached Fire Station Support Building, Camp Blanding, Starke, FL (Clay County)
Design-Build of new 6500 sf pre-engineered metal building with four, 14’ wide coiling overhead doors, personnel entrance door, continuous 35’ rigid concrete apron along side of building, interior/exterior lighting, convenience receptacles, lightning protection, interior maintenance and storage, mechanical/electrical room, electrical service. Includes all pre-design investigation, site work. HVAC and latrines are not included.
