Notice is hereby given that the Board of Medicine has received a Renewed Petition for Declaratory Statement filed on behalf of Scott Loessin, M.D., on June 1, 2020. The Petitioner seeks a declaratory statement from the Board with regard to whether it is permissible for Petitioner to perform Level II and Level III cosmetic and plastic surgery procedures in residential homes that will serve the limited purpose of a temporary office space where surgical procedures are performed. The Board will consider this petition at its meeting currently scheduled for Friday, August 7, 2020. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
