    Notice of Funding Availability

    Project Name: Renewable Energy and Energy Efficient Technologies Grant Matching Program Request for Grant Proposals

    The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) is seeking grant applications for projects to conduct demonstration, commercialization, research, and development projects relating to renewable energy technologies and innovative technologies that significantly increase energy efficiency for vehicles and commercial buildings. This program is a first come, first serve program that will be available until funds are exhausted. FDACS is finalizing the rule for this program; please visit http://www.freshfromflorida.com/offices/energy/ to access the application. Instructions can be found at Rule 5O-1.003, Florida Administrative Code. Grant Applications must be received by a minimum of 15 business days prior to the prime funders’ application deadline in order to be considered.

    FDACS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or amend the provisions of this NOFA. If such an action occurs, FDCAS will post revisions to the NOFA on its website, http://www.freshfromflorida.com/offices/energy/.
