NOTICE OF REQUEST AND APPROVAL FOR EXPEDITED REVIEW BY A QUALIFYING RETIREMENT COMMMUNITY
The Agency for Health Care Administration has received and approved a request for an expedited certificate of need (CON) review from The Villages as provided in paragraph 408.036(2)(d), F.S. The Villages intends to make land available by lease for the construction and operation to an applicant for a 120-bed community nursing home. Potential applicants can obtain information describing the terms of the land lease for the property on which the project will be located and the requirements for the proposed project established by The Villages at http://www.thevillagessnf.com. The deadline for submission of CON application(s) for this project to the Agency is October 31, 2014.
