    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) announces a public hearing for the FWC Lead Managed Portions of Split Oak Wildlife and Environmental Area located in Monroe County, Florida.

    PURPOSE: To receive public comment regarding considerations for FWC’s ten-year Management Plan for the FWC Lead Managed Portions of Split Oak Wildlife and Environmental Area (SOWEA).

    This hearing is being held exclusively for discussion of the DRAFT Split Oak WEA Management Plan. This meeting is not being held to discuss area hunting or fishing regulations.
