    The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has determined that the Big Bend Water Authority’s project to expand the wastewater collection system and upgrade the wastewater treatment plant and disposal system is not expected to generate controversy over potential environmental effects. The total estimated construction cost is $4,244,835. The project may qualify for a Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) loan comprised of federal or state funds. DEP will consider public comments about the environmental impacts of the proposed project that are postmarked or delivered at the address below within 30 days of this notice.
