NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 04, 2010, the Department of Children and Families, received a petition for wavier of subsection 65C-15.017(3), Florida Administrative Code, from Child & Family Connections and Jerome West, assigned Case No.: 10-030W. Subsection 65C-15.017(3), F.A.C., requires agency staff responsible for performing casework services shall have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in social work or related area of study from an accredited college or university.
