NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 17, 2010, the Department of Community Affairs, Division of Housing and Community Development, received a petition for waiver from the City of DeFuniak Springs relating to Florida Small Cities Community Block Grant Program subgrant ceilings based on HUD modified census figures summarizing low and moderate income population. The petitioner seeks a waiver of paragraph 9B-43.0041(2)(b), Florida Administrative Code.
