TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

The newly appointed members of the District Board of Trustees for Florida State College at Jacksonville will meet on Monday, June 10, 2013, 2:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. at the College’s Administrative Offices in the Executive Suite on the 4th floor, 501 West State Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202, with Interim College President Dr. Willis N. Holcombe and executive staff, as appropriate.

The purpose of the meeting is to conduct a Board Orientation Session to review the powers, duties, obligations, and laws pertaining to the District Board of Trustees, as well as discuss Finance and Human Resource matters related to the College.

All objections to this notice or the propriety of the scheduled meeting should be filed in writing with the Interim College President, Florida State College at Jacksonville, on or before June 10, 2013. All legal issues should be brought to the College’s attention and an attempt made to resolve them prior to the public meeting.
