NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Construction Industry Licensing Board has issued an order disposing of the petition for declaratory statement filed by Iron Horse Energy Services on February 14, 2014. The following is a summary of the agency's disposition of the petition:

The Notice of Petition for Declaratory Statement was published in Vol. 40, No. 38, of the February 25, 2014, Florida Administrative Register. The petition seeks a declaratory statement from the Board as to whether they are exempt from having a license in Florida if they are working for a natural gas transmission company. The Board’s Order, filed on May 23, 2014, issues a declaratory statement that the licensing exemption does not apply to the employees of Iron Horse Energy Services.
