The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Section 303.1, Florida Building Code, Building (2010) & Section 403.2, Florida Building Code, Plumbing (2010) as it applies to the petitioner.

Petitioner seeks clarification as to whether when classifying an Assembly group under Section 303.1, Exception 1, does Section 403.2, Exception 3 Also apply.
