NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 24, 2018, the Department of Health, received a petition for variance from Lawrence E. Sellers, Jr., representing Presby Environmental, Inc. Specifically, the petitioner seeks a variance from paragraphs 64E-6.012(1)(e), (2)(a)-(c), (k)-(n), (4)(a)-(c), and subsections (3) and (5), Florida Administrative Code, which provides the requirements for aerobic treatment units and their maintenance entities.
