GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This is a public meeting of the Governor and Cabinet at which the Executive Director of the Department of Law Enforcement will request approval to file for adoption Rules 11C-6.004, and 11C-6.009, (Criminal History Records Dissemination Policy). A Notice of Proposed Rule regarding the rule was published in the Florida Administrative Register on March 22, 2018 (Volume 44, Number 57).
