The Florida Housing Finance Corporation hereby gives notice: On May 28, 2019, Residences at Dr. King Boulevard, Ltd., withdrew its Petition for a waiver of Qualified Allocation Plan's Requirement for Returning Housing Credit Allocations and subsection 67-48.002(95) F.A.C. (2016), and on May 31, 2019, Florida Housing Finance Corporation issued an Order Closing File. The Petition was filed on May 20, 2019, and notice of receipt of the petition was published on May 21, 2019, in Volume 45, Number 99 of the F.A.R.
