The Florida Housing Finance Corporation hereby gives notice: On June 3, 2019, WRDG T3A, LP, withdrew its Petition for a waiver of subsection 67-48.002(95) F.A.C. (2017) and Section II.K. of the 2016 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP), and on June 3, 2019, Florida Housing Finance Corporation issued an Order Closing File. The Petition was filed on March 25, 2019, and notice of receipt of the petition was published on March 27, 2019, in Volume 45, Number 60 of the F.A.R.
