NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 29, 2009, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Tricia Sexton, P.A., on behalf of Montgomery Wards Store, 101-34th Street, St. Petersburg, FL.
