NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 14, 2009, the Department Of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Kay Yocum, General Manager, on behalf of Shoreline Island Resort, Madeira Beach, FL.
