Revised Final Order, DEO-14-055
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity issued Revised Final Order Nos. DEO-14-055 on June 3, 2014, in response to applications submitted by Boca Lake Homeowners Association, Inc. for covenant revitalization under Chapter 720, Part III, Florida Statutes.
The Department’s Final Order granted the applications for covenant revitalization after determining that the application met the statutory requirements for covenant revitalization and was reissued due to a scrivener’s error in the title of the homeowners association.
