    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Construction Industry Licensing Board has received the petition for declaratory statement from Roy McKenzie on May 12, 2017, on behalf of the City of Tampa. The petition seeks the agencys opinion as to the applicability of Sections 489.113(2) and 489.105(3)(m), Florida Statutes, as they apply to the petitioner.

    The Petitioner asks if there is a mandatory license or certification necessary for the installation or replacement of a water meter. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
