40E-6.221Conditions for Issuance of Standard Permits

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 31, 2017, the South Florida Water Management District (District), received a petition for waiver from New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC (Application No. 17-0531-2) for utilization of Works or Lands of the District known as the C-51 Canal, Palm Beach County, for permanent access over District right of way to applicant’s existing cellular communications tower site located on the south side of State Road 80, approximately 1.1 miles west of Seminole Pratt Whitney Road, Section 34, Township 43 South, Range 40 East. The petition seeks relief from paragraph 40E-6.221(3)(j), Fla. Admin. Code, which prohibits use of Works or Lands of the District for permanent access to private property.
