Building Code Administrators and Inspectors Board

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Building Code Administrators and Inspectors Board has received the petition for declaratory statement from Rune Lero, President of Innovative Construction Inspections, Inc., on May 4, 2017. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Sections 468.604(2), 469.621(1)(g), and 468.621(1)(i), Florida Statutes as they apply to the petitioner.

The Petitioner seeks interpretation and clarification of Sections 468.604(2), 469.621(1)(g), and 468.621(1)(i), Florida Statutes, as they pertain to the licensing required to conduct virtual inspections. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
