GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: In FY 2018 multiple funding allocations were appropriated for nonprofit organizations located inside or outside of FY 2018 Urban Area Security Initiative (UASI) designated urban areas. Under the NSGP-State (NSGP-S), each state will receive an allocation for nonprofit organizations located outside of FY 2018 UASI-designated urban areas. The purpose of this meeting is to review the submitted 2018 NSGP-S applications for recommendation to FEMA/DHS for grant funding.
