NOTICE OF CHANGE

Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 44 No. 46, March 7, 2018 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

There are no changes to the rule text and a summary of amended changes to the below-referenced form are as follows:

Page 1, First Paragraph: The Form was amended to state that the caregiver course may be provided by “the Department or its designee.”

Page 1, First Paragraph, Last Sentence: The Form was amended to clarify that caregivers, “who are not close relatives of the qualified patient as defined in by section 381.986(1)(c), Florida Statutes” must pass background screening requirements.
