    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Department of Corrections has received the petition for declaratory statement from Rodney McCutcheon, DC# 037023. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of paragraphs 33-501.301(7)(d)1-4, 33-501.301(7)(f), and 33-501.301(7)(i), Florida Administrative Code as it applies to the petitioner.

    The petition seeks clarification as to whether conviction of a sex offense would disqualify an inmate from a certified law clerk work assignment.
