NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Department of Corrections has received the petition for declaratory statement from Rodney McCutcheon, DC# 037023. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of 944.17, Fla. Stat. (1971). as it applies to the petitioner.

The petition seeks “a clear interpretation of the statute and how it should be applied to McCutcheon” in regards to the documentation of his prison sentence. Persons whose substantial interests may be affected by a declaratory statement issued in this matter may file a motion to intervene or a petition for administrative hearing within twenty-one (21) days after the publication of this notice.
