Notice is hereby given that South Florida Community Care Network, LLC d/b/a Community Care Plan (CCP) is withdrawing the Request for Proposal (RFP) for Transportation Services for Medicaid Members published on October 4, 2018 in Vol. 44 No. 194 of the Florida Administrative Register, and rejecting all responses received.
