NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Public Service Commission has received a petition from Peoples Gas System in Docket No. 20180186-GU - Petition for approval of demand side management goals and residential customer assisted and commercial walk-through energy audit programs, by Peoples Gas System, filed May 28, 2019, seeking waiver from paragraphs 25-17.003(3)(a) and (b), Florida Administrative Code. The rules address the scope of energy audits to be offered by utilities subject to the Florida Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act.
