NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on April 22, 2008, the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, received a petition for a Routine Variance for subsection 61C-4.010(7), Florida Administrative Code, from St. George Street Eatery located in St. Augustine. The above referenced F.A.C. states that all bathrooms shall be of easy and convenient access to both patrons and employees.
