City of Treasure Island – Notice of Proposed Ordinance
In accordance with Section 337.401(3)(d), Fla. Stat., the City of Treasure Island, Florida, gives notice of the first reading of a proposed ordinance governing a telecommunications company placing or maintaining telecommunications facilities in its roads or rights-of-way.
FIRST READING DATE AND TIME: Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at 6:00 p.m., ET
PLACE: City of Treasure Island, City Hall Auditorium, 120 108th Avenue, Treasure Island, Florida 33706.
Subject: Enacting Ordinance No. 18-07, which is titled as an ordinance of the City of Treasure Island, Florida; amending Chapter 42, Streets, Sidewalks and Certain Other Public Places of the City of Treasure Island’s Code of Ordinances; by amending Article I In General, to establish section 42-1, Generally and Section 42-2, Administration of this Chapter; establishing Article III Communications Rights-of-Way Usage; Providing for severability; conflict; codification; and an effective date.
