40E-6.011:Policy and Purpose

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 29, 2013, the South Florida Water Management District (District), received a petition for waiver from Paul Venturelli, Application No. 13-0529-2M, for utilization of Works or Lands of the District known as the C-51 Canal for proposed palm trees and landscaping that are within 40 feet from the top of bank within the south right of way; Section 15, Township 44 South, Range 43 East, Palm Beach County. The petition seeks relief form subsections 40E-6.011(4) and (6), Fla. Admin. Code, which governs the use of the District’s rights of way for placement of above ground facilities within 40 feet from the top of bank within Works or Lands of the District.
