Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 39, No. 50, March 13, 2013 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The changes are in response to concerns raised by the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee in a letter dated April 9, 2013, and in subsequent discussions. The changes are as follows: New language is added under subsection (9) to provide guidance and information regarding the use of the Division of Workers’ Compensation’s Notice of Election to be Exempt System and the related website address. Certain forms are also revised to reflect their complete titles and to add the Florida Administrative Code rule number to which they relate. Revisions are also made to the proposed rule’s statutory numbering system, rulemaking authority and law being implemented.
