PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The Department proposes to open Rule 18-24.005, F.A.C., for rule development to establish a maximum tax assessed value for boundary additions to existing Florida Forever projects.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: Establishment of a maximum tax assessed value in which boundary addition proposals can be added to an existing Florida Forever project.
