The Miami-Dade Expressway Authority (“MDX”) is seeking a qualified and experienced Firm with the necessary resources to provide Customer Service Center Personnel as further described in the Scope of Services. Note: In order to download any MDX solicitation, you must first be registered as a Vendor with MDX. This can only be facilitated through MDX’s website, www.mdxway.com. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for June 17, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. The deadline for submitting a Bid Package is July 14, 2015 by 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
