Florida Department of Children and Families Annual Rulemaking and Regulatory Plan
On June 7, 2016, the Florida Department of Children and Families published its Corrected 2015 Annual Rulemaking and Regulatory Plan on its website as required by Section 120.74, Florida Statutes. The October 1, 2015, Regulatory Plan identified section 2015-102, Laws of Florida, as requiring the Department to implement the law by rule. Notice of Rule Development to adopt the rule was published in the August 7, 2015, edition of the Florida Administrative Register (Vol. 41, No. 153). However, the Corrected Plan notes that Chapter 2016-241, Laws of Florida, repealed the rulemaking requirement of Section 394.9082, Florida Statutes.
