    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The purpose of this quarterly meeting of Memory Disorder Clinic (MDC) coordinators is to discuss issues affecting the MDCs, including contractual requirements, performance measures, quarterly reporting, Silver Alert, the Dementia Care & Cure Initiative, and other topics as required. Additionally, each clinic coordinator gives an update on new projects going on at their clinic.
