65D-30.0141Needs Assessment for Medication-Assisted Treatment for Opioid Use Disorders
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 01, 2023, the Department of Children and Families, received a petition for waiver of subsection 65D-30.0141(2), Florida Administrative Code, from Operation PAR, Inc. Subsection 65D-30.0141(2) of the Code requires awarded applicants to receive at least a probationary license within two (2) years of receipt of an award letter connected to their Methadone Medication-Assisted Treatment Application to Proceed to Licensure Application. If an applicant fails to obtain a probationary license within the specified time, the Department shall rescind the award.
