    PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of new Rule 59G-4.193, F.A.C., is to define the method used to prioritize potential recipients for placement onto the Long-term Care program waitlist and to define the subsequent process for releasing recipients for enrollment into the Long-term Care program. The title of the rule is changed to Long-term Care Program Enrollment and Prioritization.

    An additional area to be addressed during the workshop will be the potential regulatory impact the amendment to Rule 59G-4.193, F.A.C., will have as provided for under Sections 120.54 and 120.541, F.S.
