    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco has received the petition for declaratory statement from Robert Rinke, on behalf of Pensacola Beach Boardwalk. DS 2015-060. The petition seeks the agencys opinion as to the applicability of Section 561.20, F.S., as it applies to the petitioner.

    The Petitioner, Robert Rinke, Pensacola Beach Boardwalk Master Leaseholder, inquires whether the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk is currently designated a Specialty Center, pursuant to Section 561.20 F.S., and if so, how would that status be rescinded in an effort to give State statutes and County ordinances regulative authority over open alcohol containers.
