INVITATION TO BID
The State of Florida, Department of Military Affairs (DMA), Construction & Facility Management Office (CFMO) requests bids from State of Florida registered licensed General or Building Contractors (GC) for the following project located at Palm Coast Readiness Center, Palm Coast, FL.

PROJECT: 120173 Palm Coast Readiness Center
FUNDING: The State of Florida's performance and obligation to pay under this contract is contingent upon availability of funding and an annual appropriation by the Legislature.
BID OPENING DATE: As stated on the Vendor Bid System (late bids will not be accepted)
MANDATORY PRE-BID/SITE VISIT DATE: As stated on the Vendor Bid System
GENERAL STATEMENT OF WORK – SEE BID DOCUMENTS FOR COMPLETE DETAILS: Construct five buildings (approx. 76,000 square feet total). Construction to include all MEP equipment, utility services, information systems, fire detection and alarm systems, access control, walks, curbs, gutters, storm drainage, private and military vehicle parking, security fencing, sidewalks and exterior lighting. The project is to adhere to the LEED criteria established by USGBC and is required to achieve LEED Silver certification.
The Department reserves the right to reject any and all submissions or accept minor irregularities in the best interest of the DMA.
