NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 48 No. 59, March 25, 2022 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The change is in response to a vote by the Board at a duly-noticed public meeting held on April 29, 2022.
The rule now reads as follows:
64B19-18.004 Use of Test Instruments.
(1) Through (7) No Change.
(8) No later than 90 days prior to April 30, 2027, the Board shall review and amend, modify, or sunset this rule if it determines this rule creates barriers to entry for private business competition, is duplicative, outdated, obsolete, overly burdensome, or imposes excessive costs. Failure by the Board to act in accordance with this provision will result in the expiration of this rule on April 30, 2027.
