FLORIDA CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION NOTICE
CITY OF NORTH MIAMI, FLORIDA
The Department of Environmental Protection has determined that the City of North Miami’s proposed wastewater collection and transmission system improvements will not have a significant adverse impact on the environment. The total estimated construction cost is $11,000,000. This project is expected to qualify for a State Revolving Fund loan composed of federal and state matching funds. Public comment must be received at the address below within 30 days of this notice.
