NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 39 No. 104, May 29, 2013 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The corrections are in response to comments by the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee in a letter dated June 14, 2013. The corrections are as follows:
Rule 33-601.201(7) shall read as:
(7) A Department of Corrections representative at private facilities shall review and either approve, disapprove or modify all inmate job and program assignments.
Rule 33-601.201(8) shall read as:
(8) When reviewing inmate job and program assignments department staff shall consider factors including the type of work assignment and level of skill required, the inmate’s disciplinary history, the inmate’s arrest and conviction history, and the needs of the institution.
