St. Johns River Water Management District

The North Florida Regional Water Supply Partnership Stakeholder Advisory Committee (the Advisory Committee) is a committee of stakeholders selected by the St. Johns River Water Management District and the Suwannee River Water Management District in consultation with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, to advise these agencies on issues affecting water supplies in both water management districts. The Advisory Committee announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME: Monday, July 14, 2014, 1:00 p.m.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This is a meeting of the Advisory Committee described above. The purpose of the meeting is to conduct administrative and procedural matters related to the committee and discuss the status of the MFLs and Recovery Strategy planned for the Lower Santa Fe River and the Ichetucknee River and Priority Springs, as well as, the 2013 SJRWMD District Water Supply Plan. There will also be a briefing by Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services on their Water Use Projections and a briefing by Florida Geological Survey on Potentiometric Surface Difference Grids. An opportunity for public comment will be provided near the end of the meeting.

NOTE: One or more members of the Governing Board from each of the water management districts named above may attend and participate in the meeting of the Advisory Committee.
