    PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of this rulemaking is to perform clean-up of the definitions, update land and conservation management plans in accordance with section 253.034(5), F.S., to provide for business plans in accordance with section 253.034(13), F.S., and to update competitive bid and exception procedures in accordance with section 253.034(6)(h), F.S.

    SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: These rule amendments affect the manner in which plans must be submitted to the Division; procedures for offering lands to agencies, universities, or the Florida College System; the determination of value for private easements; earnest money deposits for bids; and when the Division must offer a parcel/building up for competitive bid.
