NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 18, 2015, the Department of Health, received a petition for an Emergency Variance from subsection 64E-11.08(2), F.A.C., from Tony Smith, TNT Cortez, LLC, 6690 Cortez Road W., Bradenton, FL, 34210. This rule states, “Studs, joists and rafters shall not be left exposed in walk-in refrigerating units, in food preparation or washing areas or toilet rooms.” The Department has determined that the petition is not an emergency.
