    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, State of Florida, has issued an order disposing of the petition for declaratory statement filed by Patrick Jandebeur, In Re: Marine Terrace Association, Inc., Docket No. 2016019231, on April 19, 2016.
