NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Petition for Declaratory Statement filed on May 12, 2014, by Alan R. Cominsky, Fire Marshal, Miami-Dade Fire Rescue Department (Petitioner) with the Department of Financial Services, Division of State Fire Marshal (Department) was withdrawn by the Petitioner on July 7, 2014. Accordingly, the matter has been closed by the Department.
