- Statement of Purpose: By Release of this RFI, the Northwest Florida Area Agency on Aging, Inc. solicits from qualified parties, letters of interest in administering Older American Act Services in Okaloosa County.
- Qualifications of Potential Bidders: Responders must be incorporated as either for profit or a not for profit business in the State of Florida. The organization must have an annual audit that exhibits sound financial practices. A history of successful interaction with state or federal agencies is preferred. A ten (10) percent match is required of the contracting agencies.
- Contract Period: January 1, 2018-December 31, 2018 with an option to renew an additional five (5) years.
- Funding Sources: Federal Older American Acts funds. Project continuation is contingent upon allocation of funds by the U.S. Congress.
- Time Limit for RFI: Wednesday July 19 2017, 4:00 p.m. (CST). Failure of any entity to reply in writing on or before this date and time shall constitute a “not interested” response.
