NOTICE OF 2016-2017 ANNUAL REGULATORY PLAN CORRECTION
Pursuant to Section 120.74(5), Florida Statutes, the Agency for Health Care Administration published a correction to its 2016-2017 annual regulatory plan on July 7, 2017. The corrected plan is available at http://www.ahca.myflorida.com/Executive/General_Counsel/index.shtml. A notice of rule development for Rule 59G-6.031, the affected rulemaking proceeding, was published in Vol. 43, No. 131, of the Florida Administrative Register on July 7, 2017.
